Five popular floral scented soaps

Flowers smell wonderful, just like nature intended. But let's be honest, that fragrance doesn't always translate well to bath products. Who else has picked up a favorite floral fragrance in a soap, shampoo, or lotion, only to have it smell chemical and over-sweet? If you're as particular about floral fragrances as I am, you'll appreciate the testing I do on fragrances before bringing in a floral scent. Here are five that HaldeCraft is proud to offer.

FiveFloralSoaps

Black Amber & Lavender - Musky, with myrrh and amber, this combines fabulously with the Lavender to make a slightly woodsy, slightly floral scent. Unfortunately currently sold out (it's one of my most popular fragrances) but when my hand has healed enough to allow me to lift the soap pots again, you'll be able to find it here. Want to be notified when it's back in stock? Click the green "notify me" button on the upper left of the page on the out-of-stock item, and leave your email. I will email you once to let you know when it's back in stock, and won't use your email for anything else.

In the Wild - First you have your fruit (Mandarin Orange, pear blossom, red currant). Then you have a little bit of a floral hint (wild honeysuckle, night blooming jasmine, and magnolia blossoms). Top that off with a little earthy/musky (patchouli, tonka beans, and wild musk). Mix it all together and you have something almost indescribably heady. This is a very strong scent, so be warned! This is not for those who like subtle fragrances. You can find this amazing soap in three different designs, here.

Lavender - Authentic, just like real lavender buds! I’m not usually a perfume lavender girl but I really like this soap as it’s not too overpowering. You can find this perennial favorite here.

Lavender Lemon - Best of both worlds -- the lemon brings a tartness to the lavender, making it not quite so floral... but at the same time, the floral of the lavender balances out the tart lemon, making not 100% citrus. You can find this fresh, sweet soap here.

Nantucket Briar - Like orchids? How about blended with Bergomot, with a little musk and patchouli? This is an enticing scent that you can't quite narrow down (somewhat earthy, but mostly floral). If you're not usually into florals, this one will win you over (it did me). Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem; be the first of your friends to snag a bar here!
