Big soap restock!

Big soap restock!

I've been posting small shop updates on Friday, but this was definitely something that deserved a post of its own... a big soap update! Plenty of soaps were restocked this week...

Black Amber & Lavender: Musky, with myrrh and amber, combines fabulously with the Lavender to make a slightly woodsy, slightly floral scent. Even people who aren't that into floral scented soap tend to like this fragrance as the amber definitely lends a woody note to the scent.

Brown Sugar & Spice: Sweet and homey, this is a fantastic, creamy fragrance to pamper yourself with - especially when the weather gets cooler, because the scent of it will make you think of fresh cookies with just a hint of cinnamon and allspice.

Cedar & Saffron: Cedar, with just a little bit of Sandalwood, Patchouli, and Vetiver, mix together with fragrant Eastern spices to make this intoxicating, spicy soap! This is a strong one, definitely not for those who prefer unscented soap.

Hinoki Wood: Hinoki Wood is one of those enigmatic fragrances that is hard to pin down. Is it more floral? Because it has notes of lavender, jasmine, rose, and orange blossom. Or is it more musky? Because it also has cedar, patchouli, vanilla musk, and clove. Floral. Woodsy. Earthy. Wonderful! This is a sharp fragrance, and wouldn't be good for people who like lighter scents -- but if you are the spicy sort, this is right up your alley!

Lavender Patchouli: True lavender blends with patchouli into a light pepperish and totally refreshing fragrance. If you find lavender is usually too floral, and patchouli is too musky, you may want to give this a try - it really does mix perfectly together.

Mountain Man: This is a great scent for men's soap! It has amber, sage, red cedar, oak, orange, and sycamore, with just a hint of wild tobacco, leather, and patchouli. But if you are a woman who loves the woodsy, earthy fragrances, don't let the name of the fragrance turn you away!

Orange Ginger: Orange Ginger is a real pick-me-up and compliment to Orange Clove. This is more citrusy, not quite as spicy as the Orange Clove, but just as energizing. You're going to like this one in your morning shower on those days where the coffee just isn't cutting it.

Osmanthus: Osmanthus is a plant primarily native to Eastern Asia, although a few species do also grow in the southernmost regions of North America. It produces a small, white flower and is related to the olive tree; in some places it is also called Sweet Olive, or Fragrant Tea Olive. It smells so divine! It's a little herbal, herbaceous without being overly woodsy, and lightly floral.

Rosemary Mint: Destined to become your favorite need-a-pick-me-up soap, this is an eye-opening mix of rosemary, spearmint, eucalyptus, and peppermint. Minty fresh and refreshing!

Sage & Lemongrass: One sniff and you will want to know where this fragrance has been all your life. It's light, fresh, green, and both relaxing and a little energizing at the same time. A great pick-me-up fragrance, great for a treat for long soaks in the tub (but you'll want to use it every day).

Unscented: Not floral, not spicy, not herbal... not anything! Finally, a fragrance-free soap!
