About four weeks ago, I mailed out the 1st installment of the Summer 2017 Yarn Club.
The theme this time around is inspired by beloved pets, and we’re starting it off with calico kitties.
If you ask anyone who has ever had a calico, they tend to be one of two things.... either the sweetest cat who ever lived, or the most insane crazy destructive animal ever to house itself with humans.
For sock weight, the yarn was Andre; an 80% Superwash Merino/20% Nylon yarn that gets 6-8 stitches per inch on a US 0-2 and comes in 400-yard, 100-gram put-ups.
For worsted weight, the yarn was Tepper, a 100% Superwash Merino yarn that gets 4-5 stitches per inch on a US 7-9 and comes in 218-yard, 100-gram put-ups.
Are you in club? Feel free to post photos on the Ravelry spoiler thread, or tag @haldecraft on your Instagram pictures.
Thanks, y'all!
