What are you working on this week? I feel like I'm playing, more than working.
In yarn, not too much is going on other than winding yarn for club. Oh, I am getting ready to cast on a test project for a limited edition yarn (a former colorway from Hanks Yarn and Fiber, and that's the only hint I'll give you this week!)... and next week I'll dye restocks, including any Ashes to Ashes that have already sold out from its release last week.
In soap, not a thing is going on. I don't think I'm sold out of anything right now, and won't be making soap again until the last week of March.
Most of my energies are going towards ceramics this week, and that's what feels like play. I bought a new type of slump mold the other week, a wooden one that I've seen lately in magazines. That Poor Man was immediately taken by the idea and whipped me up about a dozen more, in different shapes and sizes, for a variety of things. So I'm having fun this week figuring out the best way to get things to dry without warping (this may also solve some issues I've been having with the pizza plate I've been obsessed with making). I'm also working on some mugs (slab-rolled and doily-decorated, a new shape for the "Vivi" mug), and getting ready to throw some new clay. Oh, and later this week, I'll have the March mug ready and listed! I wish the February mug hadn't taken so long, but, it is what it is.
So, that's it for me... what about y'all? What are you working on this week?
