Hey, y'all! What are you working on this week? I'm making soap, knitting, getting ready to release a new yarn, and have just finished up 99% of the buttons!
In ceramics, I've reached the end of this stage of the buttons -- I now have at least five of everything except Owl buttons in Purple Rain; I miscounted on owl buttons and ran out, so need to make more. I'm also working on the August mug (it'll be later than originally intended) and with help from a friend, am getting ready to change out the elements in my kiln. Exciting!
In soap, I finally got everything wrapped that I made a few weeks ago, and got it all listed on the site. Now I'm making more soap - so there should be another update by the end of next week!
In yarn, I am researching ideas for club, and getting ready to release new colorway Salted Caramel on Friday.
In other things... I'm knitting a pair of socks in my colorway Weathered Wood, and I'm loving how they're turning out. Do I need a pair of matching fingerless gloves.....? And in blacksmithing, I'm working on a display for yarn.... hopefully I'll have it done by Big Bang Bazaar on August 26th, but if not, it'll definitely be ready by Fiber-In a few weeks later.
