Christmas Tree (color choices, with lights)
Christmas Tree (color choices, with lights)
Ask and ye shall receive! These were just going to be offered in green, but so many people asked for pink and silver that now you get to choose a color for this tree! You also get to choose a color for the lights; multicolor, clear, or gold. Bring some of that mid-century kitsch into the current age with not a metal tree, but a ceramic one!
How does it light up? There are individual plastic "bulbs" that go into the holes at the end of each branch. Then there is a single bulb that sits on top of the base; the cord goes down into the base and comes out one side of it. Plug it in, spin the switch on the cord, and voila! Beautiful lights!
Dimensions
Approximate Height: 10.5 inches
Approximate Width: 5 inches
Approximate Weight: 1.5 lbs
Please Note (bulb color)
My website is giving me fits about being able to choose both a tree color and a bulb color, so this listing is just for the tree. PLEASE TELL ME IN THE NOTES TO SELLER WHAT COLOR LIGHTS YOU WOULD LIKE: MULTICOLOR, GOLD, OR CLEAR. I'm sorry to have to do it that way but it's the only thing I can think of because otherwise my website thinks I have too many choices and not enough stock.
Because I do not want to risk the plastic bulbs breaking off during shipping, these will ship with the bulbs in a small plastic bag with the cord and light bulb. The bulbs are easy to put in and can be glued for stability.
About HaldeCraft
HaldeCraft began with ceramics, soap, and yarn. I've been making ceramics since I was four years old, learning at the feet of my grandmother who had a home studio in the 50s and 60s. Currently I make slip-cast, hand-built, or wheel-thrown pieces (or a combination of all three) and then are painted and glazed and put through multiple kiln firings before being put out into the world. The yarn started life in 2007 in a small yarn store in Gainesville, Florida (Hanks Yarn and Fiber) and was then called "Perhaps Today is a Good Day to Dye". It has continued online as HaldeCraft HandDyed since 2011, and is hand-dyed and lovingly re-skeined in a small home studio by someone who loves the fiber arts just as much as you do. Making soap was a hobby that I had for years, and I started making soap for the yarn store, and continued when starting HaldeCraft. Lately I've picked up laser engraving, taking my craft to a whole new level. My pieces are unique, hand painted, and proudly made in my own home studio with confidence, mindfulness, and joy. Everything at HaldeCraft is created by hand, by me, in order to joyfully connect with you!
